Very Basic Automation
 |
For the simplest automation two pneumatic
indexing gates(fingers) are bolted on to any conveyor and they
switch after the fill to let the filled bottle out and a fresh one
enter. The cycling can be stop/started at any time by pressing the
footswitch.
There are no eyes to detect the bottle and no back up eyes, and the
filler is set to run on a repeat timed (adjustable) cycle.
Although this works, if the operator does not ensure there are empty
bottles under the nozzles at all times there will be a spill. |

Advanced Automation
 |
AESControl …for Automation a control box
with a small PLC is connected to the Filler(s). This AESControl can
have one or more different accessories attached to it to automate
one to four AF1's. One AESControl is a requirement before the other
items can be attached. Once you have the AESControl the accessories
can be added at any time.

24 Litre Pump

AESPump - Stainless steel sanitary AESpump, up
to 24 Liters/min instead of standard 12l/min Pump.
Note: The LF1 will handle the 24l/min
pump with a water like product. But the AFP1 is required for
thicker products.
There is no point in having a larger pump unless you are always
filling large volumes. |

Nozzles
 |
Sometimes spare
nozzles are useful as well as nozzles of different diameters.
The diameter of the neck of the container dictates the diameter of
the nozzle that can be fitted to the machine. A larger nozzle
creates less foam or splash enabling faster fill speeds. For example
the tiny top on a perfume bottle requires the use of a very small
nozzle which will make the product foam unless the fill speed is
lowered. The large neck of a cream jar enables the use of a large
diameter nozzle reducing splash or foam increasing fill speeds.
We have nozzles that open inward and outward and close at the top.
A standard nozzle is included with the machine but it is useful to
let us know your product and container range so we can recommend the
best nozzle(s) for you |
